Returns & Warranty Policy

We stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unopened condition. If you encounter a technical issue, our support team is available to assist with troubleshooting or warranty claims.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Submit a Support Ticket

    Visit our help center to open a ticket and provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Receive RMA Authorization

    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package the item in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware. Approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
